Quick Post!

The latest Dora craze has been "Dora Three Kings Day". Well along with it you can print out crowns to wear and Dylan couldnt let Landon miss out on the fun!

Also here's another lesson we have learned lately. Here is what happens when you leave Dylan and Landon alone for 1 minute! Although its quite apparent that Landon doesnt mind one bit!

My BIG little boy and My Artist

Landon is getting so big! He is starting to smile and laugh almost all the time especially when someone is holding him. We did pull out his exersaucer and put it together the other day all with Dylan's help :) He is starting to want to be standing up or laying down a lot. He seems to get tired of being held all the time and I don't blame him.
The other day at Holly's new house Landon was being as serious as could be and my Dad came up and started talking to him and smiling and Landon was smiling and laughing so hard he got hiccups! It's so funny to see him go from being so serious to laughing.

Landon had his follow up appointment for his hip last Friday. The clicking is almost all gone. They did another ultrasound and said that everything is looking good. We have one more appointment a month from now (which I have to go take him to get X-rays done before then) just to make sure everything is completely healed up and that the clicking noise is gone.

Dylan has been doing really good with Landon lately. He loves to talk to him and lay on the floor with him. Landon really loves it when Dylan lays with him.

Lately we have been going over to Grandma Babe's a lot. Now that the rain has stopped he can play out in her garage or out in the front yard. He rides his motorcycle and Grandma likes to pull him around. Auntie Kirstin comes over a lot too and spoils both of them.

Last week I took my Grandma back to her "cancer doctor" for her 3 month check up. Things didn't go so well and it looks like her cancer is back and that she will have to have surgery again on it in the following weeks. She had bladder cancer about 9-10 years ago and they did surgery to remove it. She was fine until a year or two ago when they discovered it had come back. It seems like she has been fighting it off and on for these last couple of years. The good thing I guess you could say is that its polyps on her bladder that they are able to remove. So far she hasn't had to do chemo or radiation or anything like that. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers that she gets back to her normal self quickly. I take her back to her primary care doctor tomorrow and we will see how it goes from there.

We took Dylan to the Dollar Tree store a few days ago and he absolutely loves it. I don't mind letting him "shop" since its not costing me a fortune! He bought a little paint kit with some Easter ornaments. He had a great time painting those yesterday. He had to concentrate really hard!

That's everything for now. I really will try to keep up with this but I just never find much uninterrupted time to be able to get everything down!
